SORS IMMANIS et son concept furent pensés durant l'année 2008 par SARGATANAS (Funeral Holocaust, Bahrrecht, Codex Inferis) afin d'exprimer sa propre vision musicale.
Le Début de l'année 2009 marque le début de la composition des morceaux.
En décembre 2009, ARIES et NICKO rejoignent le groupe en tant que guitariste et bassiste.
En avril 2010, MARK rejoint le groupe en tant que chanteur.
En septembre 2010, THULSA DOOM (Bahrrecht) remplace MARK au chant.
Enfin prêt, le groupe commença à se produire en live à la salle communale de Hillsprich en Moselle (57) à l’occasion d’un concert organisé par l’association Troopers en compagnie des groupes Embryonic Cells (Fr) et Marthyr (Fr).
Sors Immanis fût ensuite convié à participer à la deuxième édition du WinterWar Festival organisé par l’association T.L.B.M au Dock Club 412 de Marange-Silvange en compagnie du groupe Bliss Of Flesh (Fr).
La première démo du groupe «Vitae Nostrum Est… » est disponible depuis le 8 Octobre 2011, date coïncidant avec leur participation au Beheading Fest organisé par l’association T.L.B.M. au Dock Club 412 de Marange-Silvange en compagnie des groupes Handful Of Hate (It), Codex Inferis (Fr) et Nocturnal.
Le 5 Novembre 2011 le groupe participa à la troisième édition du Festival Metal Maniac à la salle Magasin 4 de Bruxelles en compagnie des groupes Maniac Butcher (Czh), Inferno (Czh), Excruciate 666 (Fr) et Dawn Of Crucifixion (Bel)…
Le 18 février 2012, le groupe effectua son deuxième concert à l’étranger, lors du Wanterschluecht Festival à Folschette (Luxembourg) en compagnie des Groupes Desdemonia (Lux), Torment Of Souls (All) et Black Bleeding (Bel).
Aujourd’hui, le groupe, capable de fournir un show de plus d’une heure (durée du set à définir avec les organisateurs) est à la recherche de dates de concerts en France et à l’étranger…
