Sabrina Colombo is the expression of the versatile artist: vocalist, musician, photographer, designer, all fields in which she can fully express her sensibility and creativity. This thoroughness is not only born from a natural talent, but also from years of studies in the various disciplines. As a vocalist she began in the youth with lyric studies, in order then to pass to her great love: the jazz. In the 80ties she sang as a solista voice and as a vocalist of support in many jazz clubs of Milan. Then other passions overwhelmed the music for some years, until the flashing encounter with Milko Frenquelli in Genoa. He became immediately aware of this artist's value, and he encouraged her to launch herself also in the world of pop, soul, rock, introducing her to two of the most popular musicians in Genoa: Metodio Bonicioli and Marco Zoccheddu. As a result they immediately want her with them as a vocalist.

She says of herself:
"I am not a singer: I am an interpreter. I try to understand the deeper meaning of the songs in my repertoire; if a song does not move me I do not sing it in my shows. I not only communicate with my public with the voice, but with all the body gestures of which I am able. It is for that reason that I allow myself to sing also foreign songs: I know that my public will have a complete experience also without to know the language."

What musicians think about her:
"Method, sensibility, culture, talent: a super vocalist" (Marco Zoccheddu, musician, collaborator of Fabrizio De André, the New Trolls, Franco Battiato, undisputed king of the musical nights in Genova)
"In order to sing a beautiful voice is not enough, we need emotions, and Sabrina does not lack neither one neither the others" (Metodio "Meto" Bonicioli, pianist)
"In her heart you find soul, in her soul you find jazz, in her mind you find rock, in her body the softness of the melodic music: a true pureblood!" (Nico Di Palo, New Trolls)
