Michel FALEZE
Michel Faleze, lutenist, began his musical career by teaching guitar in 1965 at the International Conservatory of Music in Paris.
However, having been attracted to ancient renaissance and baroque music since childhood, Mr Faleze abandonned the guitar in 1971 to devote himself entirely to music for the lute.
From 1971 to 1976, Mr Faleze studied the lute in Netherlands, and in Cologne, Germany, under the direction of lutenist Michael SCHÄFFER.
He also studied with Gusta GOLDSMIDT, Nikolaus HARNONCOURT, Eugen MULLER-DOMBOIS, Wieland KUYKEN, Marius van ALTENA, Tom KOOPMAN and Afred DELLER…
