Kool Johnny Kool est un écrivain et parolier offrant une ambiance intense à travers la musique reggae dancehall et culturel. Son nom dérivé de son calme, cool attitude est tout sauf que hesteps sur la scène. Kool est né à Sainte-Catherine, en Jamaïque et a ensuite déménagé Kingston. Sa carrière a commencé avec les médias MixSound suivis plus tard par le sound system Silver Hawk et l'équipage Couper Ruff. Kool a honoré une série de hits reggae au fil des années en France et localement en Jamaïque. Il sort son premier single intitulé "Wicked People", un record sur le rythme réponse qui a été suivi plus tard par son premier album "Full length", Kool Johnny Kool développé à la fois un nom et une base de fans pour lui-même sur place en Jamaïque et la scène dancehall internationale découlant de ses performances internationales première fois au Ghana en Afrique occidentale, représentant la Jamaïque à la Panifest à un public de plus de soixante mille.
Ses performances sont toujours éblouissant avec son commandement de la scène envoûtante. Kool a joué avec des artistes reggae, divers comme Gregory Isaacs, Mutabaruka, Max Romeo, Culture, The Eptones, Shabba Ranks, Beenie Man et beaucoup d'autres. Cette artiste dynamique et interprète a fait des tournées en France, Hollande, Allemagne, Italie, Espagne, Pologne, Autriche, Suisse, Etats-Unis, le Japon et les Caraïbes. Kool Johnny Kool is a writer and lyricist delivering an intense vibe through dancehall and cultural reggae music. His name derived from his calm, cool andcollected demeanour is all but that when hesteps onto the stage. Kool was born in St. Catherine, Jamaica and later moved toKingston. His career began with Media MixSound later followed by the Silver Hawk SoundSystem and the Ruff Cut Crew. Kool has graced a series of reggae hits over the years in France and locally in Jamaica. He released his debut single entitled Wicked People, a record on the answer rhythm which was followed up later by his full length album, Kool Johnny Kool developed both a name and fan base for himself locally in Jamaica and the dancehall scene internationally stemming from his first international performance in Ghana West Africa, representing Jamaica at the Panifest to an audience of more than sixty thousand.
His performances are always dazzling with his command of the stage mesmerizing. Kool has performed with various reggae artists including Gregory Isaacs, Mutabaruka, Max Romeo, Culture, The Eptones, Shabba Ranks, Beenie Man and many more.
